Every time I wake up at stupid o’clock in the morning and catch the sunrise, I always make a mental note to schedule an engagement session at this time. But who on earth would be willing to drag themselves out of bed at 5am in late November?

Oh yeah, people that work funky hours – police officers.

Kim, Ryan, myself and Han rocked up at RSPB Arne in Wareham Dorset, at a time that’s too filthy to talk about in public, fuelled by coffee and fear that the sunrise wouldn’t be anything special. There was no need to worry.

The sunrise was absolutely ridiculous. We genuinely couldn’t have picked a better morning.

It was cold. I mean, really cold. Thankfully, Kim and Ryan came well prepared with a flask of tea and genuinely had to cling onto each other to keep warm. This made all of the photos completely genuine and added such an awesome dynamic.

You guys totally rocked it. Couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop for an even better couple!
