As many of you are probably aware, I really have been on the pre-wedding hype lately. It’s such an awesome concept because it gives us all the opportunity to get to know each other before the big day and understand what works (and what doesn’t).
It’s also a bit of a testing ground for me to try some exciting new stuff that I wouldn’t dare experiment with during a wedding!
We decided to head down to Salisbury, Laura and Dom’s old stomping ground, for their pre-wedding shoot a few weeks ago.
Totally forgot how photogenic this place is!
I realise that we timed the shoot quite badly as I watched the cathedral doors close and lock right in front of my eyes as I waited for Laura and Dom to arrive. And you know what? It didn’t matter whatsoever.
The sun was so bright and patchy but just low enough to create some beautiful long shadows along the exterior of the cathedral. We almost managed to convince ourselves that we were photographing in Venice.
Thanks for being so awesome in front of the camera and I’m so totally pumped for your wedding next year at The Walled Garden, Orchardleigh Estate!
