Totally forgot how much I love rainy autumnal weddings – Heather and Tom’s gorgeous wedding at the similarly gorgeous Axnoller in Dorset was a definite highlight of the season.

This venue is seriously awesome. Never actually been here before but I’ve totally been missing out. We started the day in the farm house with Heather, while Tom was rushing about with the guys in one of the surrounding houses, keen to get some breakfast down him before the main event.

So yeah, Tom and his family love cars. Possibly the understatement of the century, but their collection of vintage cars were a definitely star attraction throughout the entire wedding – with a particular Jaguar XK140 playing the pivotal role in ferrying from the ceremony.

Drinks were flowing big time at the reception thanks to all of those tasty Long Tail Mixers (I’ll pop you an invoice for that one Tom).

We were all surprised by an African Drum Group joining us after dinner, honouring Heather’s South African heritage and getting everyone moving before the dancing shenanigans.

Loved every minute of it guys, thanks for having us!

I'm getting married too!
