I knew that as soon as I asked “how did you wind up getting married in Dorset when you’re from London” and got the reply “we looked at the wrong venue but we loved it, so we went for it” – I knew we were in for something great.

We started day in a gorgeous B&B in Piddlehinton where Hannah was just a tad excited – but who wouldn’t be?!

After slipping into her incredible dress, we made our merry way down to Bennetts Water Gardens in Weymouth where Tom was as cool as a cucumber literally surrounded by all of their friends and family.

This venue is absolutely incredible and what a ceremony arrangement! Even the ducks had a great view from the water.

We then took a road trip in the VW Camper back to the village hall in Leigh which had been literally transformed by some careful planning on a whole load of balloons.

The dance floor was absolutely banging, food was amazing (and I’m not just saying that because I ended up with 3 main courses) and the weather was perfect. What a wedding!
