Laura and Dom’s wedding had clearly been on my mind when I had a dream earlier this wedding season that I slept through my alarm and somehow missed it (not entirely sure why – it was about three months early!)

Thankfully – I didn’t sleep through my many alarms and I arrive at the Orchardleigh Walled Garden in Frome fresh as a daisy and ready to get snapping.

We started the day in the Gloucester Lodge, while Dom was getting himself sorted on the other side at the conveniently located Garden Cottage. The weather was a little bit miserable but we were all quietly optimistic – and what do you know, the sun popped out five minutes before we left for the ceremony.

Laura looked crazily stunning in her Sincerity dress from Brides of Southampton. Had to physically drag myself away from spending the entire day shooting portraits in front of this amazing window in the Gloucester Lodge.

The day had such a great vibe about it. Plenty of high spirits (probably fuelled by sugar as the cake was cut straight after the ceremony) and similarly fantastic weather.

Laura and Dom looked fantastic together and were totally up for anything to let us get the cool shots. We were even treated to two separate rounds of “shoeys” – which I’m sure you’ll spot in the gallery below.

Thanks so much for having us guys – I’ve only just recovered!

I'm getting married too!
